Well Founded Fear

Over the past couple of days, we've researched immigration and refugee issues on a global and national scale.  If suddenly the United States were ravaged by a brutal civil war; and you were forced to flee the country and seek asylum elswhere, what would be your biggest fears about relocating and integrating into your new life?

  1. If I was forced out of the US as a refugee by biggest fears about relocating and integrating into my new life would be the cultural and language barriers. I would hope that where ever i ended up as a refugee they would except the fact that i may not speak the same language and have the same beliefs and instead of shunning me from there society pull me in and treat me as an equal.

  2. My biggest fears would be housing, food, money, and not speaking the same language as the natives. I'm sure that all those things would work themselves out but I would still stress about them.

  3. My biggest fears would be the easy at which my family and I will be able to establish a somewhat comfortable and "normal",considering we would be in a new place that we probably have never been before, lifestyle.
